Job summary

TruTeam in Orlando, FL is seeking a hands-on installer to join our team. You will handle installation of insulation and building products, follow work orders, and ensure safety and quality on every job site. You’ll inspect trucks and sites, load materials, and coordinate with warehouse operations.

Role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, plus a valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle. Travel is local and occasional.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Install company products per work orders, manufacturer, quality and safety guidelines.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with products, tools and equipment.
• Perform vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Any other duty or task as assigned.
