Breeze Air Conditioning is hiring Residential Installers in Palm Desert, CA. The role involves assisting with new installations, removals, and servicing of HVAC systems in occupied homes.

Expect to learn proper installation techniques under supervision and to maintain safety and professionalism on-site. The position offers a pathway to develop skills with hands-on experience in furnaces, air handlers, ductwork, and more, with pay range $19.00–$25.00 per hour DOE and full-time benefits including

Qualifications

• Entry-level or prior HVAC installation experience preferred but not required.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential add-on and replacement HVAC installations.
• Support removal and replacement of existing HVAC equipment and components.
• Install furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and condensate drains.
• Load, transport, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
• Follow work orders, installation standards, and supervisor direction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in occupied homes.
• Comply with all company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Learn to identify basic system issues and assist with troubleshooting.
• Accurately complete assigned job documentation.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners when directed.
