Job summary

Eby Exteriors in East Earl, PA is seeking a Residential Installer to join our hands-on renovation crew. You will work under a Foreman on windows, doors, siding, roofing, and related systems, delivering quality workmanship that reflects our brand.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of residential construction experience, basic carpentry knowledge, and a strong work ethic. You should be able to lift, climb, and work outdoors, with OSHA 10 preferred or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, or exterior installation preferred.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry and residential construction practices.
• Willingness to learn exterior and interior installation systems.
• Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, climbing, and outdoor work.
• Valid driver's license preferred, OSHA 10 preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace residential exterior and interior components — windows, doors, siding, roofing, trim, and related systems.
• Assist with demolition, prep, and cleanup before, during, and after projects.
• Follow project plans, scopes of work, and direction from Foreman or Project Manager.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Communicate with Foreman and crew about progress and material needs.
• Handle materials and equipment with care to prevent damage or waste.
• Treat homeowners, coworkers, and subcontractors with professionalism and respect.
• Participate in safety meetings, job briefings, and training.

What You’ll Do

As an Installer, you'll work as part of a crew under the direction of a Foreman, performing high-quality renovation and replacement work that reflects the Eby Exteriors brand.
