Job summary

Volpe Enterprises, a full service/design build home remodeling company based in North Wales PA, seeks an Exterior Installation Manager to lead exterior projects and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

You will coordinate crews, troubleshoot warranty issues, and maintain strong homeowner communication while collaborating with production managers to align schedules and materials.

Qualifications

• Ability to problem solve and ensure effective onsite solutions.
• Willingness to provide ongoing training to crew members.
• Must present with a working knowledge of all aspects of residential construction.
• Exemplary leadership and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee co-occurring exterior construction projects, simultaneously, to ensure proper installation and safe practices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance on all caseload projects.
• Diagnose warranty issues for exterior construction projects and develop project solution plans for clients, sales teams, and construction crews.
• Collaborate with Production Managers to organize crew schedules and confirm equipment and material supplies necessary to complete projects on time.
• Maintain effective, consistent communication with homeowners during all phases of construction projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize project management software to track quality control workflows, checklists, and other accountability tools.
• Manage all addendums, vendor and trade partners collaboration, and construction material orders.
• Attendance & involvement in regular meetings with Management, Field Staff, and Company-Wide training sessions

Exterior Installation Manager Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential remodeling/building
• Employment is contingent upon completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects up to 80 pounds, independently
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
