Erie Home in Texas is seeking an Installation Manager to lead installation teams and oversee project execution from scheduling through client hand-off. You will manage subcontractors, verify contract obligations, and ensure high customer satisfaction while controlling costs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in installation, construction, project management, or a similar role.
• Home improvement installation experience (roofing is a plus!).
• 2+ years of experience supervising on-site construction personnel.
• Typical work hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility during peak periods.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or a strong safety mindset).
• Willingness to become forklift certified.
• Experience with CRM software (Office 365, Salesforce) is helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Confirm contract obligations – maintaining transparency and customer trust.
• Deliver top-tier customer service – serving as the main contact for homeowners.

• Ensure on-time payments & follow-ups – keeping jobs under 60 days.

The Install Manager directs the company’s install partners and their crews throughout the installation process to provide guidance and advice on a daily basis to ensure implementation of related management policies.
