ADT is seeking a Residential Installation Technician to assess customer needs, design and install systems, and educate customers on usage. The role involves hands-on work at homes or businesses, with emphasis on safety and quality service.

You will collaborate with customers and teammates to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction, while upholding ADT’s values and standards.

Qualifications

• High School degree or the equivalent.
• Electronic Trade School training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine the optimal system and equipment with the customer.
• Install and test equipment to ensure proper functionality and signal reception.
• Evaluate information and provide the best possible solution for the location.
• Identify opportunities to improve system usability and functionality.
• Practice safety to safeguard people and property.
• Protect unused materials, ladders, and tools on site.
• Clean up debris and leave site in good condition.
• Support the team and company values in daily work.
• Interact with customers and coworkers in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
• Visit customers at homes or businesses to provide solutions.
