Job summary

Any Hour Services in Ogden, UT is seeking an HVAC Tune-Up Technician to perform seasonal maintenance and system inspections, ensuring HVAC systems run efficiently and reliably. You will diagnose issues, communicate clearly with customers, and document work and recommendations for each job.

Candidates should have EPA 608 certification, a clean driving record, and strong customer-service skills. This full-time, field-based role includes daily site visits with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of HVAC trade school or technical program preferred.
• EPA Section 608 certification required; NATE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC systems, including cleaning, inspecting, testing, and calibrating equipment.
• Inspect, clean, and adjust components such as condensers, blowers, coils, and filters.
• Diagnose potential issues during tune-ups and recommend repairs, upgrades, or replacements.
• Educate customers on system performance and maintenance best practices, communicating clearly to build trust.
• Document work performed and system condition for each job.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in safe, clean condition, following EPA and HVAC safety codes.
• Assist with emergency service calls or installations as needed.
