Job summary

Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Technician / Maintenance to provide routine maintenance for our residential clients in Frederick and surrounding areas. We offer a take-home company vehicle, tool account, and training.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with one weekend on call each month. The position offers a competitive salary of $50,000-$70,000/year including commissions and bonuses, with 50% of health insurance paid, 2% 401(k)

Qualifications

• Maryland HVAC apprentice license required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Must pass a background check and periodic drug testing.
• Availability for after-hours emergency service on the on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine HVAC maintenance for residential clients in Frederick and surrounding areas.
• Be available for after-hours emergency service according to the on-call schedule.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with one weekend on call each month.
• Interact professionally with customers and support team to ensure quality service.
