Job summary

Horizon Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems with a strong focus on customer care. The role offers up to $50/hour base pay plus bonuses, no on-call rotation, flexible schedules, and a clear path to six-figure earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Identify solutions that improve home comfort and system performance
• Educate homeowners on repair, replacement, and maintenance options
• Deliver outstanding customer service and professionalism on every call
• Maintain accurate records and uphold company quality standards
