Russell's American Mechanical, a NearU company, is hiring Residential HVAC Technicians in Chesapeake, VA. The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining home heating and cooling systems with strong customer service skills.

The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $6,000 for qualified candidates and comprehensive benefits. You will work in a team-focused environment with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• 2+ years experience in Residential HVAC services.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Must be able to work outside for extended periods in extreme temperatures.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and navigate attics/crawl spaces.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers and thermostats.
• Perform routine maintenance such as tune-ups and inspections.
• Provide customers with clear explanations of issues and recommendations.
• Install replacement components and accessories as needed.
• Complete service tickets and maintain inventory and tools.
