Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification or license as required by local regulations.
• Experience in residential HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems related to HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation and safety.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment issues across heating, cooling, and ventilation components.
• Install new HVAC systems and components according to manufacturer specs and local codes.
• Explain system conditions, repair options, and maintenance recommendations to customers.
