Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of HVAC maintenance, service, or related mechanical experience.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on residential HVAC systems.
• Inspect heating and cooling equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Diagnose minor system issues and identify potential concerns before major repairs.
• Educate homeowners on system operation and energy-saving recommendations.
• Document maintenance findings and completed work accurately.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.
