Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential preferred).
• HVAC certification or equivalent trade/technical school training.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and air quality systems.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service software (preferred).
• Strong customer communication and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Residential HVAC service and repairs— diagnose, service, and repair systems in homes.
• Weekend troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve issues.
• Preventative maintenance to ensure reliable operation.
• Document service calls and recommendations using ServiceTitan.
• Provide professional, customer-first service on every visit.
