Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong residential HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification with 1-3 years’ experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Dispatch and management to ensure work orders are received and attended promptly.
• Diagnoses malfunctions of residential HVAC units to identify repair/replacement needs.
• Repairs heating/air conditioning systems and components to ensure operation.
• Manage repair costs and minimize inefficiencies.
• Maintain inventory of tools and equipment and ensure safe operation.
