Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on residential HVAC equipment.
• Inspect ducting and ensure tools remain in serviceable condition.
• Identify system components, complete wiring, and start-ups on full residential systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs to restore function.
• Carry out start-up/commissioning tests and record results.
• Conduct full-system inspections and notify dispatch/customers of unresolved concerns.
• Explain all services and repairs to dispatch and the customer in plain language.
• Coordinate daily schedule with the office.
• Order required parts and stage materials for each visit.
• Transport and account for parts, materials, and tools.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Debrief each visit with dispatch/customer; ensure documentation is submitted.
• Leave the work area cleaner than you found it.
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and policies; wear PPE.
• Provide courteous service and collaborate with coworkers.
• Use PPE and safety protocols during all visits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
