Job summary

Airtron is seeking a field service HVAC technician to diagnose, service, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. You will inspect ductwork, wire and start up new systems, and verify performance through testing while explaining work to customers.

The role requires EPA certification, soldering proficiency, and strong English communication. You will coordinate daily schedules, order parts as needed, transport tools, and complete paperwork accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Soldering/brazing proficiency is required.
• English fluency in spoken and written form.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Inspect ductwork and keep tools and materials ready.
• Identify, wire, and startup HVAC systems; verify performance.
• Troubleshoot faults, recommend fixes, and complete repairs.
• Explain work performed and debrief with dispatch with documentation.
• Coordinate daily schedule with office; ensure parts are ready.
• Transport parts and tools and maintain accounting for items.
• Complete digital/paperwork neatly and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area.
