Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential HVAC repair.
• EPA 608 Type II certification required.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and related components.
• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Explain issues and options to customers in clear terms.
• Document service findings and parts used in the service software.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and properly stocked vehicle.
