Job summary

Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning LLC in Lynnwood, WA is seeking an HVAC Service Tech to provide routine maintenance and repair for residential systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units. You will diagnose issues, educate customers on repairs and maintenance, use an iPad to invoice, travel within service areas, and maintain vehicle stock and safety equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an HVAC residential service technician.
• Must have a valid driver license and clean driving history.
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Run diagnostics, complete repairs, and perform routine maintenance on residential gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, ductless mini-splits, duct work.
• Educate customers by offering proactive repairs, system upgrades, and maintenance agreements.
• Use an iPad to create customer invoices and communicate with the office.
• Travel to job sites within the service area and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer.
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in your company vehicle.
• Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.
• Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain and replacement parts, calibrate system to manufactures recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
