Ace Hardware Home Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to deliver reliable service in residential settings. You will diagnose, repair, and balance a range of systems while communicating clearly with customers and balancing safety and efficiency.

The role requires EPA Type 2 certification, a valid driver's license, and 3+ years of experience. You’ll work with Service Titan and mentor junior technicians, with competitive hourly pay and an up-to-$5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience.
• EPA Type 2 Certification is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional in-home HVAC service with efficient and accurate communication.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems including traditional forced-air, steam, hot water, oil, high-velocity, geothermal, ductless, and more.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to balance and resolve airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical issues.
• Maintain truck inventory required to complete flat-rate repairs.
• Educate customers on improvements to comfort, efficiency, or safety of their homes.
• Assist in the development of junior service technicians.
• Follow all AHHS systems and administrative details related to the service department.
• Utilize Service Titan platform.
