Ace Hardware Home Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems. The role includes diagnosing no-heat, no-AC, and other cooling issues, selling appropriate repairs and replacements, and supporting install work you sold.

You will communicate with customers and teammates and maintain a company truck for on-site visits. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the trade, a valid US driver’s license (3+ years), and a strong

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of trade experience.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of US driving experience.
• Positive attitude and respect for customers.
• Deep understanding of heating, AC, and IAQ equipment and HVAC system designs.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work late when needed.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose issues with HVAC systems in customers’ homes.
• Address no-heat/no-AC or insufficient cooling problems and noises.
• Sell repairs and replacements of furnaces, boilers, condensers, and related components.
• Assist in preparation and completion of installs you sold.
• Communicate with customers, coworkers, managers and vendors.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and fully stocked company truck to take home.
