Job summary

Bartlett Heating & Cooling in Marietta, GA is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will perform 3-5 service calls daily, document work in our field software, and contribute to a Five-Star service culture with top-tier compensation and excellent benefits. EPA certification is required; NATE preferred; must reside within 30 miles of Marietta.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of residential HVAC service experience in single-family homes.
• EPA Certification required; NATE Certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners.

What You'll Do

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of residential HVAC service experience in single-family homes
  • Experience from HVAC school, installation, property management, or commercial HVAC is valued but must be in addition to the required residential service experience
• EPA Certification (Required)
• NATE Certification (Preferred)
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must reside within 30 miles of Marietta, GA
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and work in varying environments
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
• Comfortable using tablets and field service software
