Bartlett Heating & Cooling in Marietta, GA is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair residential systems while delivering a superior customer experience. Requirements include 4+ years of residential HVAC service in single‑family homes, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and residency

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of residential HVAC service experience in single-family homes.
• EPA Certification (Required).
• NATE Certification (Preferred).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must reside within 30 miles of Marietta, GA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in varying environments.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using tablets and field service software.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Experience from HVAC school, installation, property management, or commercial HVAC is valued but must be in addition to the required residential service experience
• EPA Certification (Required)

• Valid Driver's License

• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in varying environments
