Requirements include 4+ years of residential HVAC service in single‑family homes, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and residency

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of residential HVAC service experience in single-family homes.
• EPA Certification (Required).
• NATE Certification (Preferred).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must reside within 30 miles of Marietta, GA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in varying environments.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using tablets and field service software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Communicating findings and recommendations to homeowners.
• Educating customers on system performance and membership options.
• Completing 3–5 service calls per day.
• Maintaining accurate service documentation using company software.
• Upholding Bartlett's commitment to Five-Star customer service.
