Integrity Refrigeration and AC in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a full-time Residential HVAC Technician to join an ambitious team focused on being Polk County's best HVAC-R company.

You will service homeowners across Polk County, install systems, inspect and repair, and provide clear explanations and estimates. The role includes a company-provided vehicle, gas card, and growth opportunities with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification (Type I and II or Universal).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring and refrigerant handling.
• Mechanical ability to use hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Monday through Friday

• Occasional on-call responsibilities and weekend work as needed
• Service Area Includes Polk County, Florida

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As a Residential HVAC Technician, you'll spend your days serving homeowners throughout our service area while representing a company known for quality and integrity. You'll drive a company-provided vehicle to customer locations, where you'll install HVAC systems, perform inspections, troubleshoot concerns, complete repairs, conduct preventative maintenance, and ensure equipment operates efficiently. Along the way, you'll explain technical issues in clear terms, provide estimates, recommend upgrades when appropriate, and help customers make informed decisions about their comfort systems. WHAT'S REQUIRED?
