Integrity Refrigeration and AC in Winter Haven, FL is hiring a full-time HVAC Installation Tech. Pay starts at $25 per hour and can reach $37, plus weekly bonuses. Work Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with overtime; travel to job sites around Central Florida.

You will install HVAC systems and ductwork, join pipes and assemble parts, and collaborate with others to meet high standards and satisfy customers. 3+ years of HVAC installation experience required.

ABOUT THIS HVAC INSTALLATION TECH JOB

You will work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with overtime available. Each morning begins at our central location before heading to job sites around Central Florida. Overnight travel is rare but may happen.

Every day, you will start at our central office and then travel to different job sites with your team. You will install HVAC systems and ductwork, join pipes and assemble parts. You will work closely with others, solve problems, and face new challenges each day. Your work will help keep our standards high and our customers happy.

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (5 years preferred, including residential and commercial)
• Ability to install HVAC systems and ductwork
