Integrity Refrigeration and AC is searching for a motivated full-time Refrigeration Service Tech to join our growing team in Winter Haven, FL, servicing the Polk County area. A CLOSER LOOK AT THE ROLE

As a Refrigeration Service Tech, you will work on commercial refrigeration systems serving businesses such as restaurants, warehouses, and grocery stores throughout the area. You will take on diverse projects and technical challenges while following blueprints and manufacturer specifications to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain freezers, ice machines, walk-in coolers, and other refrigeration equipment. You will utilize specialized diagnostic tools to locate refrigerant leaks, resolve electrical issues, perform maintenance inspections, replace faulty components, clean coils, lubricate moving parts, monitor operating temperatures, and complete installations. You will also provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, communicating project progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring every project meets strict quality and safety standards.

WHAT IT TAKES TO THRIVE ON OUR TEAM

We're looking for a Refrigeration Service Tech who can work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM while meeting the following qualifications:

• Comprehensive understanding of thermodynamic principles, electrical systems, and refrigeration components
• Proficient in using wrenches, screwdrivers, brazing torches, and other specialized tools
• Skilled in employing diagnostic equipment for effective problem identification
• Ability to lift heavy machinery, work in tight spaces, and remain on your feet for long durations
• Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts in simple terms
• Enthusiastic about continuous learning, enhancing skills, and delivering high-quality results

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
