Job summary

Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to join our family-owned company serving the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of residential HVAC troubleshooting experience and an EPA Universal Certification.

We focus on delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. You will work Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts, and opportunities for overtime are available.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC troubleshooting and service experience.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC equipment under warranty.
• Diagnose and resolve heating, cooling, airflow, and comfort concerns.
• Clearly explain repair recommendations, system upgrades, and replacement options to homeowners.
• Deliver professional, courteous service while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
