Job summary

Aire Serv of Smith County is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician in Urbandale, IA to diagnose, repair, and maintain home comfort systems. You will meet customers in their homes, explain options, and deliver high-quality service with a customer-first focus.

You’ll receive paid training, a company van, tool allowances, and earning potential through performance incentives, with pay ranging from $25 to $42 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential HVAC service.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• NATE or other industry certifications preferred but not required.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver World-Class Service – Provide an outstanding customer experience on every call.
• Troubleshoot and Perform System Maintenance – Diagnose issues accurately and complete repairs correctly the first time.
• Advise on System Improvements and Service Plans – Identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability, and offer professional recommendations.
