Job summary

Aire Serv of Smith County is seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer to deliver top‑quality residential system installations and light commercial work. You’ll handle Split Systems, Duct Work, Air Handlers, Furnaces, Condensers, thermostats, IAQ devices, and smart home tech while ensuring a world‑class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential HVAC preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and office team.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Willingness to work in attics and crawl spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including Split Systems, Duct Work, Air Handlers, Furnaces, Condensers, thermostats, IAQ products and smart home devices.
• Test and inspect equipment to ensure heating/cooling meets customer requirements.
• Advise customers on system upgrades, improvements and service plans.
• Deliver world‑class installation experiences and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow Aire Serv process with support from office staff to complete installations.
