Dave’s World in Maine is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot and service residential HVAC systems, communicate clearly with homeowners, and provide the right repair or replacement solutions. You will handle diagnostics, maintenance, and customer-facing explanations to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification is required.
• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and AC systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues.
• Explain findings and present repair or replacement options to homeowners.
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades and maintenance agreements.
• Complete estimates, invoices, and service documentation accurately.
