Dave's World in Dover-Foxcroft, ME is seeking an HVAC Service Apprentice/Helper. You will assist experienced technicians on residential service calls, learning to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems while building hands-on skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• EPA Certification or a Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice Card required.
• Genuine desire to build a long-term career in HVAC.
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, dependable and coachable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced HVAC Service Technicians on residential service calls.
• Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC equipment.
• Safely use hand and power tools while following safety procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service in customers' homes.
• Complete work orders using company software.
• Participate in ongoing hands-on technical training.
