You’ll diagnose, install, and maintain systems, educate customers, and mentor junior techs in a safety-conscious, customer-first environment that values quality and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain immediately).
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor environments.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
