Qualifications

• Three or more years of residential plumbing experience.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; strong work ethic and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Install and repair piping, fixtures, water heaters, and related components.
• Perform plumbing maintenance and identify potential issues.
• Explain findings, recommended solutions, and service options clearly to homeowners.
• Complete work safely and in accordance with plumbing codes and company standards.
• Maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and service vehicle.
• Accurately document work performed and relevant job details.
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and team members.
• Protect customer property and maintain clean, organized work areas.
