Residential HVAC Service Technician

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to ensure the optimal performance of our customers' indoor air quality systems. This pivotal role demands a skilled professional with 3-4 years of hands-on expertise in residential HVAC, a current EPA certification, and exceptional troubleshooting and customer service capabilities. Responsibilities:

1. Effective Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with dispatch, managers, and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

2. Expert Repair & Maintenance: Diagnose and repair a variety of HVAC systems, perform meticulous preventative maintenance, and efficiently troubleshoot complex issues.

3. Exceptional Customer Service: Cultivate strong customer relationships by providing prompt, professional service, and offer clear explanations of finance and maintenance plans.

4. Efficient Logistics & Administration: Maintain accurate inventory in company vehicles, complete all necessary paperwork with precision, and uphold a professional appearance at all times.

What We Need From You:

1. Proven Experience: 3-4 years of demonstrated experience in residential HVAC system maintenance and repair.

2. Essential Certifications: Valid EPA certification (required) and OSHA certification (required). NATE certification is highly desirable.

3. Key Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

4. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various settings, including attics and crawl spaces, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

5. Legal & Driving Requirements: Clean driving record and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
