Job summary

Triad Service Co in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Residential Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain home HVAC systems, delivering excellent customer service. This full-time, W-2 role includes a company vehicle and on-call rotations.

You will work with homeowners, document service actions, and coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing. A Journeyman license and 1–3+ years of residential HVAC experience are required; residency near Tulsa for on-call is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Journeyman license required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Residence within ~30 minutes of Tulsa for on-call.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.

We're looking for a Residential Service Technician who can handle daily calls with confidence, diagnose issues, repair systems, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a service/repair role (install time does not count toward service experience requirements). Company vehicle provided; rotating on-call required.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Explain findings and solutions clearly to homeowners
• Complete service documentation and follow quality/safety standards
• Coordinate with dispatch/office for efficient daily routing
• Participate in rotating on-call (currently ~1 night/week + ~1 weekend/month)

Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred (diagnostics/repair)
• Journeyman license required
• Valid driver's license and good driving record (MVR)
• Technicians must reside within approximately 30 minutes of Tulsa for on‑call rotation
• Reliable, hardworking, no‑drama attitude, and strong communication skills

Compensation and Benefits
