Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Explain repair recommendations to homeowners.
• Verify proper system performance after repairs.
• Complete service reports accurately.
