The position offers $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a standard 40-hour work week, on-call rotation, and ongoing training including EPA certification support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service and repair experience.

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong ability to read wiring diagrams, manuals, and blueprints.

Compensation

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience Top performers regularly earn well into six figures with spiffs, bonuses, and overtime.

Position Summary

Deliver expert maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services on residential heating and cooling systems. Represent the company professionally while ensuring every service call meets high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation required as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service and repair experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Strong ability to read wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and blueprints
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across various HVAC equipment brands
• EPA Universal Certification
• Willingness to maintain personal tools and pursue continued training
• Comfort working safely on ladders (up to 28' extension and 12' step)
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
• Reliable, responsible, and ready to take ownership of your work
