About this role:

A Residential HVAC Service Technician is responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Key duties include diagnosing issues, performing routine and emergency repairs, ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely, and interacting with customers to explain problems and solutions. Adherence to safety regulations, maintaining a clean work environment, and keeping detailed service records are essential. Strong technical skills, customer service, and industry compliance are crucial. Potential to earn $100K annually with commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and drainage.
• Diagnose and service HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide expert solutions and professional recommendations to customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably residential.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least three years of driving experience.
