Heritage Home Service in North Hampton, NH seeks an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician. You will diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential HVAC systems throughout southern NH, delivering professional customer service and keeping safety standards high.

Ideal candidates have EPA certification, NH gas fitter license or near completion, 2–3 years of proven HVAC experience, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• NH Gas Fitter license or Trainee Card (time near completion).
• 2–3 years of proven HVAC service/maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate a take-home truck.

What You'll Do:

• Perform detailed diagnostics and resolve HVAC issues inresidential propertiesthroughout the southern NH area
• Repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers, offering expert advice and addressing their concerns professionally
• Follow allsafety protocolsto ensure the well-being of customers and fellow team members

What You'll Bring:

• EPA Certification
• ActiveGas Fitter license in New Hampshire, or Trainee Card with time almost completed
• Oil experience is a plus!
• 2- 3 years of proven experience as an HVAC Service or Maintenance Technician with strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities to maintain positive client interactions
• Must be age 21, or older
• Avalid driver’s licensewith a clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
