Heritage Home Service in Auburn, NH is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician with solid residential experience and gas licensing. You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, communicate with customers, and follow strict safety protocols while serving the southern New Hampshire area.

The role requires a valid NH gas license (or trainee card nearing completion), with EPA certification preferred but not required. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50 pounds are necessary.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification is preferred but not required.
• Active New Hampshire gas license or trainee card nearing completion.
• Oil experience is a plus.
• Proven experience as HVAC service/maintenance tech with strong troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be age 21 or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed diagnostics and resolve HVAC issues in residential properties throughout southern NH.
• Repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems per industry standards and safety regulations.
• Communicate with customers, offering expert advice and addressing concerns professionally.
• Follow all safety protocols to protect customers and team members.

What You\'ll Do:

• Perform detailed diagnostics and resolve HVAC issues in residential properties throughout the southern NH area


• Repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations


• Communicate effectively with customers, offering expert advice and addressing their concerns professionally


• Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and fellow team members

What You\'ll Bring:

• EPA Certification (Preferred, not necessary)


• Active New Hampshire Gas License, or Trainee Card with time almost completed


• Oil experience is a plus!


• Proven experience as an HVAC Service or Maintenance Technician with strong technical and troubleshooting skills


• Excellent communication and customer service abilities to maintain positive client interactions


• Must be age 21, or older


• Avalid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Willingness to work flexible hours


• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
