Heritage Home Service in Portland, ME is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. You will diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential HVAC systems while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualified candidates bring an Oil Burner or Gas License (EPA Universal preferred), a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift heavy equipment. On-call rotations and flexible hours are required. Take-home truck and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• A valid Oil Burner or Gas License is required.
• EPA Universal certification is preferred.
• Proven HVAC Service Technician experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call rotations.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and resolve HVAC issues in residential properties across the Portland area.
• Repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems in compliance with safety standards.
