Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience in single-family homes.
• EPA Certification required.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• Strong diagnostic & troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license + acceptable driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening.
• Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces & Georgia weather.
• Must live within 30 miles of our shop in Marietta.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service and repairs for residential customers.
• Exceed weekly and monthly performance goals.
