True Heating & Cooling is seeking a full-time Residential HVAC Service Technician to service and maintain residential heating and cooling equipment in the Westminster, CO area. The role runs Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM with rotating after-hours on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC
• High school diploma or equivalent
• NATE certification
• Willingness to continue education in heating and cooling
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, and on holidays with short/notices
• Familiarity with industry software and equipment
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Understanding of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration principles
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain residential heating and cooling equipment
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems to ensure customer comfort
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment

True Heating & Cooling is currently hiring for a full-time Residential HVAC Service Technician to service and maintain residential heating and cooling equipment in the Westminster, CO area. Our HVAC technicians work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, with rotating on-call duties after hours. We pay our Residential HVAC Service Technicians a competitive wage of $20–$43 per hour, depending on experience.
