Custom Air Conditioning and Heating Co is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician with 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC, boiler experience a plus. The role involves maintenance and service repairs of HVAC systems in a residential setting.

The position is full-time with 40 hours/week and overtime as needed. Benefits are included per company policy, and the team emphasizes integrity and growth within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Residential HVAC boiler service required.
• Universal EPA Certification required.
• Motivated self-starter.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Clean background check

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance calls on various type of HVAC equipment.
• Read electrical and refrigerant schematics to assist with the diagnosis of issues.
• Replace various parts on a system to get the unit running for the customer.
• Performs special or complicated service activities with minimal assistance.
• Communicate issues with the customer and provide solutions to customer including pricing.
• Communicate with the office staff the correct timeframes needed to complete repairs.
• Maintain sufficient tools to complete various repairs.
• Be a team player and take the initiative to help out other Service Technicians.
• Full time employee, will be scheduled 40 hours per week. Overtime required based on business needs.
• Adheres to all safety policies.
• Attends training opportunities to keep up with industry changes
• Take responsibility for the accurate and timely completion of paperwork
• Other duties as assigned

HVAC Service Tech-Residential- $27-$39/hour commensurate with skills and experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Residential Service Technician with a minimum of 3 years experience working with residential HVAC systems (boiler experience a +). The HVAC Service Technician performs maintenance and service repairs on refrigeration and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems in a residential setting.
