HVAC Service Technician

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000+ per year

Bonus: $10,000 Retention Bonus!

About the Role: Our client is seeking a full-time HVAC service technician to service, repair, install, and propose HVAC equipment replacements, adhering to manufacturer recommendations and local codes. The role involves representing the company professionally while working in clients' homes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Participation in on-call rotations for emergency services
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Basic computer and phone skills
