Position Details:

• Base pay range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
• Employment type: Full-time
• Seniority level: Mid-Senior level

Responsibilities:

1. Remove and install HVAC parts and products
2. Set sales leads and upsell accessories
3. Diagnose HVAC systems and build repair quotes
4. Educate customers and perform routine maintenance
5. Train junior team members and communicate with clients
6. Adhere to local HVAC codes and safety standards
7. Perform physical tasks such as lifting 50-100 lbs., climbing ladders, working outdoors, and crawling in small spaces

Qualifications:

• EPA certification or willingness to obtain certification
• At least 5 years of service experience
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and positive attitude
• Ability to learn new technology

Additional Requirements:
