Qualifications

• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• 3 years of residential HVAC experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, AC)
• Perform HVAC repairs, service calls, and preventative maintenance
• Identify system issues and recommend heating/AC solutions
• Ensure work meets company standards and local code requirements
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about performance and repairs
• Deliver professional customer service while completing service and repairs
