Job summary

Brothers Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, in partnership with American Residential Services, is seeking skilled HVAC Service Technicians to cover service calls in the Charlotte metro area and diagnose, repair residential HVAC systems.

This full-time role offers strong earning potential with a pay range of $80,000–$200,000 per year plus commissions, a sign-on bonus up to $3,500, insurance, 401(k), PTO, and a take-home vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification - universal OR type I and II.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, routine service, and preventative maintenance.
• Identify system issues and recommend effective solutions for repair or replacement.
• Ensure all work meets company standards and local codes.
• Communicate clearly with customers about system performance and service recommendations.
• Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service.
