Job summary

Yellow Dot Heating & Air Conditioning in Raleigh is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to service, maintain and repair residential and commercial systems. You will diagnose issues, perform routine and emergency repairs, and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.

You will travel in a company van, conduct inspections, and keep detailed service records while delivering excellent customer service. Candidates should have a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and EPA

Qualifications

• HVAC service, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose issues and perform routine and emergency repairs.
• Interact with customers and explain problems and solutions.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Keep detailed records of service performed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and boilers.
• Drive a company van to various job sites to complete service calls.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC/R systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty components in HVAC systems.
• Other duties as necessary.
