Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities for residential systems.
• Reliable communication with customers and teammates.
• Comfort with diagnosing residential furnaces, ACs, and heat pumps.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and residential systems.
• Identify electrical, mechanical, airflow, and efficiency issues.
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and service work as needed.
• Communicate system conditions and options to homeowners clearly.
• Educate customers on options without high-pressure tactics.
• Maintain digital records for completed service calls.
• Follow safety and workmanship standards.
• Keep service vehicle and tools organized.
• Provide a professional customer experience from arrival to completion.
